Peter Bailey
Owner/ CEO
Peter Bailey is the Owner and CEO of Limitless Garage, where his passion for precision, craftsmanship, and high-end customer care influences every aspect of the shop. Before founding Limitless Garage, Peter spent nearly a decade as a technician and service writer, followed by almost four years rising from Store Manager to Operations Manager and ultimately Director of Operations — leading multiple locations and overseeing a team of nearly 80 people. A graduate of the GM ASEP program and certified through ASE, Peter takes immense pride in building Limitless Garage from the ground up, shaping its culture, standards, and reputation for excellence.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his family on their acreage, where they raise a variety of animals and enjoy outdoor adventures together, including ATV trails, hiking, cabin stays, and trips to waterparks. His first vehicle was a 1996 Ford F-150, and although he doesn’t have a single “dream car,” he’s driven by a greater passion: creating an automotive experience that exceeds expectations in every detail.
Mark Jensen
Automotive Support Specialist
Mark Jensen brings a genuine passion for the automotive world to his role at Limitless Automotive. His love for cars runs deep, sparked early on by his first vehicle, a classic 1969 Mustang coupe, and carried through to today as the proud owner of his dream car, a 1995 Corvette ZF6 coupe. Known for his dependable and grounded approach, Mark takes pride in showing up for both his team and customers with consistency and care. He values doing things the right way and understands the importance of trust in every interaction. Outside of work, Mark’s world revolves around his family. He and his wife are proud parents of five children and grandparents to five grandchildren. Some of his most cherished moments are simple ones, like Saturday morning coffee with his wife. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and that people-first spirit shows in everything he does at work as well.
Evan McDonald
Limitless Automotive Technician
Evan McDonald began his career in the automotive industry in 2020, starting as a lube technician and steadily working his way up to managing an entire shop. His journey is a testament to his dedication, work ethic, and passion for the trade. Known for his keen attention to detail and efficient approach to every task, Evan consistently delivers high-quality service. He demonstrates the core values of a true leader via integrity, accountability, and respect, both in the shop and in his interactions with customers and team members alike. Evan is personable and approachable, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure each customer feels heard, respected, and well taken care of. A skilled problem solver, he delivers comprehensive diagnostic and repair services with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and long-term reliability. Outside of work, Evan is a proud Christian, a devoted husband, and a soon-to-be father of two. His faith and family are at the heart of everything he does, both professionally and personally.
Joshua Miksch
Limitless Automotive Concierge
With over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, Josh brings a refined approach to service—anticipating needs, ensuring every detail is perfect, and creating a truly personal connection with our clients.
Outside the garage, Josh invests in continual growth – reading, listening to thought-leading podcasts, training in fitness and nutrition – because excellence begins with the individual. His passions for baseball, rugby, travel, and exploring local farmers markets, as well as spending quality time with his girlfriend, bring warmth and balance to the energy he shares with our team.
