Veteran automotive professional Peter Bailey founded Limitless Garage to redefine what exceptional service means. Peter’s career began with General Motors’ ASEP program and continued through seven years as a technician, known for detecting subtle issues others often miss. His perfectionist mindset carried over into customer care as a service advisor and manager before taking on senior leadership roles, eventually overseeing multiple shops as Director of Operations. Along the way, he developed a leadership philosophy focused on building high-performance teams in environments where people love to work.
