Peter Bailey founded Limitless Garage in 2024 with a vision to raise the bar for what automotive service should feel like. More than just a repair facility, Limitless Garage delivers a concierge-level experience—combining high-end craftsmanship, obsessive attention to detail, and white-glove customer care.
Peter’s career began with General Motors’ ASEP program, where he graduated with a solid technical foundation and a hunger to master the craft. He spent the next seven years as a technician, known for his ability to detect subtle issues others often miss—whether it’s a faint noise, a small vibration, or an overlooked flaw. His perfectionist mindset naturally carried over into customer care, and he later served as a service advisor and manager at a trusted independent shop.
From there, Peter took on senior leadership roles, eventually overseeing multiple shops as Director of Operations. Along the way, he developed a leadership philosophy focused on building high-performance teams in environments where people actually love to work. That same philosophy fuels the culture at Limitless Garage today: a shop where standards are sky-high, work is fulfilling, and both employees and customers are treated with care and respect.
At Limitless Garage, no detail is too small. Vehicles are returned spotless inside and out. Communication is transparent and tailored. The experience is designed to be as effortless as it is exceptional.

Mark Jensen brings a wealth of experience, a calm presence, and a genuine passion for helping people to his role as Automotive Support Specialist at Limitless Garage. With a professional background rooted in customer service and leadership, Mark is a steady, dependable force on the team—known for his exceptional communication skills and warm, approachable demeanor.
His career has taken him through a range of service-driven roles, including managing at Phillips 66, working in retail, and owning a successful shoe business for three years. Most recently, Mark gained valuable industry experience at a light maintenance automotive company, where he connected his love for vehicles with his gift for working with people.
Now, at Limitless Garage, Mark plays an essential role in delivering the high-end, concierge-level service our customers have come to expect. Whether he’s coordinating repairs, assisting with repairs, picking up/delivering vehicles, or simply offering a reassuring voice, Mark brings a thoughtful, seasoned approach to everything he does.
Outside the shop, Mark is a proud husband, father of four, and grandfather to five. He enjoys relaxing evening deck time, making memories with his grandkids, and cruising in his Corvette on perfect-weather days.

Peter and Hannah Bailey are the proud parents of four children: Owen, Ivy, Ford, and Eddie. As a family, the Baileys place a strong emphasis on staying active, involved in their community, and maintaining a well-balanced lifestyle.
On their small acreage, they take great pride in caring for their animals, managing their property, and cultivating a garden. Each family member has their own interests and passions that complement the family’s active lifestyle: Owen enjoys dirt biking and exploring the outdoors, Ivy has a deep connection to nature and animals, Ford shares Peter’s enthusiasm for biking and ATV adventures, and young Eddie, full of energy, enjoys family walks.
Hannah enjoys hosting events, health and wellness – working out regularly, and also shares her love of animals and nature with Ivy. Together, the Baileys prioritize health, hard work, and fostering meaningful connections both within their family and their community.
The values that define their family— faith, integrity, care, and a strong work ethic—are also reflected in Limitless Garage. Peter’s commitment to providing exceptional service and creating a unique customer experience stems from the same principles that guide his family life: dedication to quality, respect for others, and a desire to give back to the community.
